The client-Institute/Organization is responsible for all data recorded and used in EdArk.in. Any discrepancy in data has to be clarified with the respective Institute/Organization. EdArk.in does not own/govern any data entered and used in EdArk.in.

Change of any data in the database can only be done after a written approval from the client – Institute/Organization by email/letter.

Any abusive content posted in EdArk.in is to be owned and to be accounted by the respective party and EdArk.in is not in any way responsible for it. Any abusive content/user should be reported to the institution/organization subscribed to the software, in the contact information provided in the app/ the organization’s website. Client- institutions/organization are responsible for acting on abusive content and moderating content where required.

We wish to inform you that the convenience fee is levied on transactions with EdArk.in for online booking /request for service facilities provided by us through which customers get a wide range of choices to book their venues, guest houses, request documents/certificates etc. It enables customers to book/request online in advance and thus avoid the hassle of traveling to the venue in advance and wait in queues to book/request.

EdArk.in respects & abides by guidelines laid down by the highest regulatory authorities of the country. Practices followed by EdArk.in are consistent with its own as well as those by other digital commerce channels over the years.

EdArk.in is not responsible for any payment transactions made through the payment gateway. Any discrepancies in payment transactions have to be clarified with the client – Organization/Institute or the respective payment gateway.

Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. Any refund on programs/services are dependent on the policies of the respective programs. Our clients-organization/institutes leveraging EdArk.in platform for their services is responsible for any refund request and those refund request should reach them directly.

Any convenience fee charged is not refundable during cancellation or refund.

Refund Policy

• We request our customers to understand that while EdArk.in provides the software, it does not offer the services listed and promoted in the software by the registered organizations. We facilitate our customers in getting access to the best products and services. However, since we do not own the end products serviced/offered, customers are requested to read the end customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) provided by respective registered organizations with whom you intend to buy. Any refund arising due to breach in SLA by registered organizations and a refund arising subsequent to that, will be between customer and the registered organization. The refund will be directly paid by registered organization to customer as per their refund policy. Please read the SLA and Refund document clearly before purchasing the product/service.

All hyperlinks provided in the website are reviewed once in the year, in the month of April. During review any site found inappropriate for linking or found to have Page not found/broken links are removed.
